Just watched on TV a little bit about the mass murder that took place in Oregon at Umpqua Community College this afternoon 10/01/2015. I am quite upset at this murderous act and the ensuing media circus.

3 Simple Steps To Making A Difference Regarding Mass Gun Murders.

1. The person who committed these acts was not a shooter he was a murderer. Let's call him a murderer. Let's stop mincing words.

2. The reasons for not naming the murderer are based on research and thousands of hours of law enforcement and mental health professionals who are trained in Threat Assessment and Critical Incident Stress Management.

3. Write the media outlet that you watch or read and demand that they follow the recommendations of trained professionals by not naming the murderer or showing images of him. Ask them to stop worrying about ratings otherwise known as money.
